<br />I just want to send a quick thank you. I could not be happier with the customer service I received today from Teresa. Teresa was very professional, friendly and offered firm advice and support with my urgent carpet cleaning requirements. At all times Teresa kept me up to date especially when the technicians were running late. I fully appreciated being kept up to date today.

<br />Just a short reply to thank you for the great job on cleaning my carpets. Naser Had phoned me ahead of the scheduled time, arrived on time, was polite & professional in his appearance & work. The job was completed on time & it had that WOW finish, simply put, I did not expect the result achieved!!! What an outcome.....remember they had not been cleaned in 11 years!!

I think their names were Craig & John. They were very polite, worked extremely hard - not stopping to rest at all. They explained exactly what they were doing and how the process worked. We will definitely call Drymaster when we need our carpets cleaned. Very impressed with the overall service - easy to book, arrived on time, job completed on time and at the price quoted. <br />I had my carpets cleaned by you company recently at my home, last fortnight.
<br />I have tried a lot of different carpet cleaners; some bad, some average, some absolutely terrible!! I would like to say, that the guy who came to clean our carpets was fanatastic, I just wish I could remember his name! I would really like you to check because he did the best job I've ever had and he was also extremely friendly and courteous. He went out of his way to do an extra rug, and everything still looks fantastic.
<br />We have a light coloured wool rug and it came up wonderfully. I really want you to find out what his name is and commend him because I am absolutely thrilled with the job he did and I want to use him in the future. I am someone who cleans my rugs and carpets every three months and if I have that same guy, I won't ever waiver from your company.
<br />Great work. Please find out who he was and commend him. He was punctual, very polite and friendly, did a great job, and he made my cream wool rug look new again!!!
