I would like very much to pass on some positive feedback with respect to my recent and initial experience with Drymaster. In this instance I only had a queen sized mattress to clean but rest assured that I will most certainly be using Drymaster again in the future.
Your contractor, Tyrone, is most professional. He was willing to
explain various things to me and gave me some valuable advice for future
reference. The job in question was completed with incident, hassle or
disruption to my home.
Please keep up the good work. Look forward to contacting you guys

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how my experience with Drymaster went.
I held little hope for my white lounge suite to become "brand new" again, however I just wanted it to be freshened up a little - it was in good condition to start but was a little tired. My technician was wonderful, and although I was a little skeptical looking at the suite when it was wet, when it dried it came up like brand new. It far exceeded my expectations. Just a short reply to thank you for the great job on cleaning my carpets. Naser Had phoned me ahead of the scheduled time, arrived on time, was polite & professional in his appearance & work. The job was completed on time & it had that WOW finish, simply put, I did not expect the result achieved!!! What an outcome.....remember they had not been cleaned in 11 years!!

I had my carpets cleaned by you company recently at my home, last fortnight.
I have tried a lot of different carpet cleaners; some bad, some average, some absolutely terrible!! I would like to say, that the guy who came to clean our carpets was fanatastic, I just wish I could remember his name! I would really like you to check because he did the best job I've ever had and he was also extremely friendly and courteous. He went out of his way to do an extra rug, and everything still looks fantastic.
We have a light coloured wool rug and it came up wonderfully. I really want you to find out what his name is and commend him because I am absolutely thrilled with the job he did and I want to use him in the future. I am someone who cleans my rugs and carpets every three months and if I have that same guy, I won't ever waiver from your company.
Great work. Please find out who he was and commend him. He was punctual, very polite and friendly, did a great job, and he made my cream wool rug look new again!!!
